Advertising campaigns, podcasts, joint livestreams, and webinars serve not only as promotional methods but also as tools for building trust and shaping one\u2019s image. From a legal perspective, any such collaboration constitutes a business relationship that should be properly formalized. In business practice, this means one thing: <strong>influencer agreement<\/strong> It should be the standard, not the exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2\"><strong>The absence of a contract poses a risk for both parties.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\">On the surface, it might seem that since the working relationship is based on trust and the terms were agreed upon via messages or over coffee, formalities are unnecessary. The problem, however, is that in the event of a dispute or misunderstanding, the lack of a written contract makes it difficult to prove who was obligated to do what.<br>There are situations in which:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">the influencer removes published content before the scheduled time or fails to publish it,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-4\">the content is reused by the influencer without the consent of the brand or entrepreneur,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">a podcast guest refuses to publish the conversation after recording it,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The entrepreneur and the brand do not acquire rights to the material, even though they paid for it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\">Without written confirmation of the arrangements, it is difficult to prove the terms of the collaboration, and each party may present its own version of events. Influencers must be aware that failing to label an advertisement or improperly using materials can result in financial penalties and\u2014in terms of their image\u2014a loss of audience trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-12 wp-block-paragraph\">Entrepreneurs and creators building personal brands, in turn, increasingly view... <strong>Law for influencers<\/strong> ...as an essential element of their strategy.
